Holt buoyancy bags are made from tough and tested 0.16 in. thick PVC and come in a variety of shapes to fit snugly in your dinghy.

Instructions:
After checking that there are no sharp points to snag, the bag should be firmly secured to the dinghy by webbing straps passing over and round the bag through the positioning loops. Do not use the loops for actual attachment.
